Apsara Consulting — Our Journey from 2007 to today

What We Do

For mid-market companies, data from ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft, Infor, or Sage is the operational backbone and essential for the smooth operation of all business processes. At the same time, customer interaction today primarily takes place in Salesforce.

Between these worlds, there is often a gap that leads to isolated data silos, inconsistent processes, and untapped potential. We close exactly this gap for you.

We develop and distribute SKYVVA, the native Salesforce integration app. SKYVVA connects Salesforce with SAP, ERP systems, databases, and cloud applications — without an external middleware platform. All product information can be found on our product website skyvva.com.

Our Expertise

Connecting complex ERP systems represents the crown discipline of data integration. We possess proven expertise that enables us to master the connection to the deepest and most critical data sources in your enterprise:

Our philosophy always remains the same: Integration belongs on your Salesforce platform.

For the Mid-Market

Global integration platforms are often designed to meet the needs of large enterprises. Apsara Consulting focuses specifically on the requirements of the demanding mid-market:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is Apsara Consulting?

Apsara Consulting GmbH is a German software company (ISV), founded in 2007. Apsara is the vendor — the company that develops, maintains, and distributes the software. As a Salesforce ISV Partner and SAP Partner, we bring many years of experience at the intersection of ERP and Salesforce.

What is the difference between Apsara and SKYVVA?

Apsara is the company, SKYVVA is the product brand. Apsara Consulting GmbH develops and sells the SKYVVA product. Think Apple (vendor) and iPhone (product): Apsara is the vendor, SKYVVA is the native Salesforce integration app you buy and deploy.

What is SKYVVA?

SKYVVA is a native Salesforce integration app developed by Apsara Consulting GmbH. It connects Salesforce to SAP, ERP systems, databases, and cloud applications — directly inside the Salesforce platform, without separate middleware.

Why native Salesforce integration instead of classical middleware?

Classical middleware requires an additional platform, a dedicated team for maintenance and monitoring, and separate training. SKYVVA runs natively in Salesforce — no separate server, no learning curve, no extra staff costs. The Salesforce admin operates the integration directly.

What company size is SKYVVA built for?

SKYVVA is designed specifically for the mid-market (SMB). For small and medium-sized companies, classical middleware is usually over-engineered and too expensive. SKYVVA delivers the integration capability needed without the overhead of a separate platform.

Which systems can be integrated with SKYVVA?

SKYVVA is open-ended — any application, system, or platform can be integrated. We ship ready-made adapters for common systems: SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, Business One, ByDesign), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, Sage, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, MSSQL), REST/SOAP/OData APIs, and file systems via SFTP/FTP (CSV, XML, JSON).

If a prebuilt adapter doesn't exist, customers use our custom adapter framework to build their own connector with a small amount of Apex code — so there is no integration that is fundamentally blocked. We also continuously release new adapters. For example, we are currently building an AI connector that lets users call, consume, and chat with any LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, and other vendors) directly from Salesforce.

What happens if Salesforce goes down?

Salesforce guarantees 99.99% availability. Even if Salesforce were ever unavailable, the integration is not damaged: the sending and receiving system is not reachable, so there is nothing to process. This is the opposite of classical middleware, which stops your integration during an outage while Salesforce is still running — causing real business impact.
