General FAQ

This depends on the agreed support model. Here it is possible to book an upgrade at any time to get in touch by phone.

You can open a ticket by sending an e-mail to support@skyvva.com with your request. We will contact you as soon as possible.

There is a German speaking support – just place your support requests in German.

We are present at the annual Salesforce Basecamps and other industry events. In addition, you can participate in our webinars and ask us your questions personally.

Yes, we are also happy to come to you for workshops and/or training. Alternatively, we also offer these online, in the form of a demo version. Please feel free to send us an inquiry via the contact form.

Yes, we offer SKYVVA as a Free Data Loader. You can view it on the page Data Loader download.

The SKYVVA Integration App is based on a subscription model. This is based on the number of Salesforce users. The entry-level is EUR 10.000 / year for 100 Salesforce users including Standard Support. There are no further costs for you.

Please tell us the number of users you have in Salesforce (or the planned number of users) and send it to our sales team: manfred.aigner@apsara-consulting.com or christiane.schneider@apsara-consulting.com

We update our product three times a year (Winter, Spring & Summer) – similar to the Salesforce releases.

Partner FAQ

You can become a SKYVVA product partner of Apsara by sending us a request. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We train our partners through regular webinars, product trainings and events.

As soon as Apsara generates new leads, we pass the contact on to the appropriate implementation partner and make our recommendations for cooperation.

You can find our existing partners at the Partner Site.

You can become a partner in the form of a reseller or as animplementation partner.

As a Partner you profit from the revenue of the license sale.

Our implementation partners receive leads from us for implementation projects with SKYVVA.

Certification is not required, but participation in SKYVVA product training is required.

No, we already have worldwide partnerships.
