When the property of message type is changed and just click the save button in the mapping tool and it will update existing records.

Fixing some issue on Agent Control Board 

After doing Re-InitialLoad, the record on Processed Basket displays incorrect

– Select record then click the Re-InitialLoad button for moving record to the New Basket section

Interface is not work open link in new tab in workflow 

It will not work properly when putting a link (href) on the tree item. if we put it like that it will go to another page when right-clicking on the item.
